Refund policy

There will be no refund for the 40% deposit (Via Bank Transfer) or 40% deposit + 7% Transaction fee (Via Online payment) after 24 hours of ordering, any cancellation has to be request within the first 24 hours.

1. If you have made a full/partial payment and would like to cancel within 24 hours, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued and reflected within 14 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

2. If you have made a full/partial payment and would like to cancel after 24 hours, a 40% deposit (Via Bank Transfer) or 40% deposit +75% Transaction fee (Via Online payment) will be maintained and any balance amount will be refunded and reflected within 14 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

3. 7% fee from Partial.ly are strictly non-refundable regardless when you wish to cancel. 

4. All refund decisions will be made by the sole discretion of Avolounge, should we find an abuse of the payment refund, we may override the above and retain all deposits. Abuse i.e (Multiple order with cancellation within 24 hours and request for refund)
