This link is for international customer to make payment for shipping fee. Only purchase this when you see your order number on it, otherwise do not purchase, no refund for purchasing the wrong shipping fee.
Strictly no partial.ly installments allowed for shipping as due to the nature of shipping fees, it can varies drastically from a day to day basis. What you paid for today may not be the same cost tomorrow, so shipping fees are expected to be paid in full on day of payment.
Once your item has arrived our Singapore warehouse, You will be notify your link to your shipping fee via email to our international customers.
Our shipping prices are all set and obtain from various shipping companies, that base on the volumetric weight of the item. E.G: DHL, FEDEX, EMS, Aramax, etc....
Ocean routes only available shipping to the USA. Ocean route will takes 4-6 months to arrive after dispatch from Singapore.
Customers who have own private personal account with any shipping company can seek to make arrangement with us to have it send to via your account instead.
Avolounge do not determine or set the shipping prices to your country, shipping prices are determine by shipping companies rates which is calculated out by product parcel size & weight.
Before buying, customer should check and confirm whether the product is allowed to be sold and shipped to their mailing address (P.O. Box address is not accepted) .
Avolounge reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any orders whose shipping address are not compliant within our delivery terms.
Custom Tax & VAT are based off individual customer country law, Avolounge will not be held liable for any custom tax or vat charged to customer upon receving of parcel. Customer are advised to check with local authority in regards to this matter before any purchase.
Your shipping quote is valid for 7 days upon the first email you received, price may change without prior notice after the 7 days to reflect the latest price.
Storage fees will be incurred into your shipping fee after 14days of the item arrival. If there has been no response from you within 14 days after shipping quotation and notification has been sent, your order will be deemed as abandoned and will be relist for other potential buyers to purchase, there will be no refund for any paid amount for an abandoned order. (You may wish to still contact us after 14 days to check if your item is still available, we may still be able to ship your order out if the item has not been sold to another buyer.)
